Tas jinjing Decoupage ini menggunakan Tas Pandan Tasikmalaya dengan bis atau pinggir strip berwarna merah. Sehingga desain dan modelnya di dibuat serasi dengan motif tissue Decoupage merah yaitu tissue decoupage motif Kupu-kupu dan tissue motif bunga Tulip.
Ketelitian untuk mengupas tissue menjadi tantangan tersendiri terutama jika motifnya sedikit rumit. Gunakan gunting kecil yang tajam seperti gunting untuk manicure atau pedicure.
